Syo, an intern from
Henry Martyn Institute, Hyderabad, spent three months teaching children peace ways
and the art of making friends. He encouraged children to pledge for peace and created
ways of solving conflict.
Asiya, an intern
from Barnard College, Columbia University, New York, spent two months developing
SAMERTH's website, working with the team on creating peace modules, and interacting
with other stakeholders to understand critical issues of the community.
