Strategies
Social Inclusion
SAMERTH ensures that all projects and programs implemented are socially inclusive where all people within the community feel valued, their differences are respected, and their basic needs are met so they can live in dignity. Through a socially inclusive approach SAMERTH exhibits the importance of the links between the individual members of the community and the role of each person as a member of this group.
Gender mainstreaming
This in simple terms is to have a strategy and implement activities which are gender sensitive. The approach is to mainstream gender equality and ensure that women are capable of making decisions within their groups formed in the community for matters of governance and are also able to voice their opinions within the household at the family level.
People’s participation
This is the key to our process of problem solving and effective implementation of our work. The aim continues to be that of involving the target groups & communities in the process of development beginning with planning to execution. This strategy has always ensured community ownership of the resources and the execution of various activities

The organizations build the capacity through trainings, workshops and exposure visits with an aim to create resources within the community which will ensure the development of the community.
