About Samerth

Registered in 1992 under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950, SAMERTH is a non governmental, non-profit organisation.

SAMERTH works towards the development of a humane, sustainable and equitable society.

SAMERTH focuses on improving the conditions of marginalized communities. The organisation works closely with these communities and the government for Child rights and Education. SAMERTH helps vulnerable communities to gain access to their social and economic rights.

SAMERTH is registered under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (1976) with the Ministry of Home Affairs.
